Return, Exchange & Refund Policy
At The Pearl Story, we want you to feel truly delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we offer a simple and hassle-free return and exchange process.

Returns
We offer a 7-day easy return policy from the date of delivery. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return within this period through the ‘My Orders’ section on our website.
- For your convenience, Doorstep pickup will be arranged.
Please note the following conditions for returns:
- The jewellery must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
- The tag seal must be intact.
- Items with a broken or removed tag seal are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Once the returned product passes our quality inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed promptly.
Return / Exchange Service Fee
A nominal ₹149 service fee is applicable on all return and exchange requests. This fee covers reverse pickup, handling, and processing charges. The amount will be deducted from your refund or collected at the time of exchange.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
We will arrange the exchange or replacement within 7 days after the returned product successfully passes our quality check.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and reflect the refund.
