The Pearl Story - 6 Month Warranty Policy

At The Pearl Story, we take pride in the craftsmanship and quality of every piece we create. To ensure your peace of mind, all our jewelry is covered by a 6-month warranty from the date of delivery.

What is Covered?

This warranty covers manufacturing defects and workmanship issues under normal use.

If your product is found to have a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, The Pearl Story will, at its sole discretion:

· Repair the product, or

· Replace it with the same or an equivalent product if repair is not possible.

Warranty Claim Process

To initiate a warranty claim:

1. Contact our customer support team with your order details and clear photos/videos of the issue.

2. Once your claim is approved, securely pack the product and send it to the following address:

Please Note: The customer is responsible for safely shipping the product to the above address.

After We Receive Your Product

· Our team will inspect the product to verify that the issue is covered under the warranty.

· If the claim is approved, we will repair or replace the product.

· The repaired or replacement product will be shipped back to you at no additional shipping cost using our delivery partner.

What is Not Covered?

This warranty does not cover:

· Accidental damage or misuse.

· Damage caused by improper handling, storage, or care.

· Normal wear and tear.

· Scratches, dents, discoloration, or cosmetic damage resulting from regular use.

· Damage caused by exposure to chemicals, perfumes, cosmetics, or harsh cleaning agents.

· Repairs or modifications carried out by anyone other than The Pearl Story.

Important Information

· Warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

· Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required to process any warranty claim.

· The Pearl Story reserves the right to determine whether a product qualifies for repair or replacement under this warranty.
